Application
Molecular Sieve 4A is generally used to remove moisture or to refine material and can be applied to the liquefied and gaseous materials on the whole. Main adsorbing target is water and it can adsorb all the material whose molecular diameter is less than 4.
The main uses are as follows.

     1)Drying and removing of CO2 from natural gas, LPG, air, inert and athmospheric gases, etc
     2) Removal of hydrocarbons, ammonia and methanol from gas streams (ammonia syn gas treating)
     3) Special types are used in the air break units of buses, trucks and locomotives
     4)Dried packing of chemical and electronic goods
     5) Removing moisture in paint and PU Plastic

Regeneration
Molecular Sieve 4A can be revived for reuse and the required factors for revival are temperature and pressure. To remove the adsorbed moisture and other materials, the revival condition shall be set up considering the features of target material and processing environment. The general revival temperature of Molecular Sieve 4A is about 300℃ and it should not surpass 450℃ at maximum.
Storage Package
Prevention against moisture, let it away from water, lube oil, acid and alkali material. Package by 25 kg carton, steel drum, jumbo bag, etc are available.
